Pat Gergen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and product management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Cleo since April 2022, Pat focuses on establishing trusted advisor relationships and promoting the value of Cleo solutions to maximize customer benefits. Prior to Cleo, Pat held various positions at SPS Commerce from November 2007 to April 2022, including Product Manager, where management of a partner community contributed to significant revenue growth. Other roles included Senior Implementation Partner Manager and Project Manager, showcasing expertise in onboarding, partnership management, and project delivery across numerous successful integrations. Pat holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Saint John's University and additional education from the University of Port Elizabeth.
