Danielle Forest

Danielle Forest is an experienced professional with a strong background in quality assurance, community organization, and political communications. Currently on secondment with Cleo’s LLM tools team since January 2020, Danielle is focused on app QA and stress testing to enhance conversational AI experiences. Previous roles include serving as an Escalations Specialist and Customer Success Associate at POMOC, where mentorship was offered to women in the Polish and Eastern European community. Danielle has contributed to advocacy for women's rights with Democrats Abroad UK Women's Caucus and has a background in policy and communications from organizations such as King’s Think Tank and the Afghanistan and Central Asian Association. Danielle holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from King's College London and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Jagiellonian University, along with participation in a summer program at Yale University.
