Cleriti | Effortless Transparency Compliance for Film & TV!

Cleriti is Europe’s first legaltech platform built to simplify transparency reporting for the audiovisual industry.

Born from the expertise of Fintage House and leading EU copyright lawyers, Cleriti combines 30+ years in global rights management with unmatched knowledge of the EU DSM Directive.

Our Mission
We empower producers, streamers, and broadcasters to focus on creating content—not compliance—by automating complex reporting obligations under Article 19 of the EU DSM Copyright Directive.

Why Cleriti?
Film and TV companies across Europe face new legal obligations to inform authors and performers about how their works are exploited worldwide. This brings challenges:

- Sensitive business data management

- Administrative workload and risk of fines

Cleriti solves this with one secure platform:
✔ Automated workflows & guided compliance
✔ Compliant transparency reports in local languages
✔ Built-in NDAs, FAQs, and talent relations tools
✔ GDPR-proof data security and compliance archive
