Clerq is the automated operations layer for immigration law firms. Integrated with your case management software, Clerq runs post-filing and notice workflows end-to-end so your team can spend less time on admin and more time with clients.

How it works:
• Upload one PDF of the day’s mail (receipts, biometrics/interviews, RFEs/NOIDs, EOIR notices, etc.). Clerq reads and classifies each document, matches it to the right client, files it in your case system, and updates key tracking fields like receipt numbers and A-numbers.
• Clerq emails clients a copy of every notice with clear “what this means / what to do next” instructions.
• If a notice includes an interview, biometrics, or hearing, Clerq auto-syncs it to Outlook, Google Calendar, or iCloud.
• Clerq checks your USCIS online accounts on a schedule you choose, pulls the newest updates/notices for all clients, and routes them the same way—no manual portal refreshing or missed appointments.
• Using your templates/letterhead, Clerq drafts print-ready snail-mail letters and sends them to staff for quick print-and-mail.

Security: built for legal confidentiality. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, processed securely, and only stored as needed. Any stored firm data is isolated in a dedicated, partitioned AWS environment.
