Julien Léonard

Julien Léonard is an expert in social policies, focusing on housing, public policy implementation, and social security, with particular interests in family, aging, and dependents. They currently work as a teacher at Académie d'AMIENS and serve as Vice President of the Board of Administration for both Clésence and Picardie Habitat.
