Philip Årmann has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to 2022. Philip started their career at McDonald's Corporation as a Kitchen Staff and Cashier from April 2007 to August 2009. From there, they worked as a Sales Representative at Kjell & Company for almost seven years, starting in August 2009 and ending in March 2016.

In 2016, Philip joined Telenor as an IT Operations Specialist, where they optimized IT processes for the Billing and Delivery organization within the B2B segment of Telenor Sweden. Philip worked in this role from April 2016 to October 2016. Following that, they served as the IT Operations Manager for Customer Service from October 2016 to December 2017. From December 2017 to October 2018, Philip took on the role of Technical Product Owner/Business Analyst DevOps Sales. Finally, they became a Product Owner for the Digital Workplace & Corporate IT department of Telenor Sweden from October 2018 to December 2021.

Most recently, Philip started working at Cleura in January 2022 as the People & Process Manager for Technology & Services.

Following that, they pursued higher education at Blekinge Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial Management & Engineering, specializing in Civilingenjör i Industriell Ekonomi.
