Patrick O’brien

Patrick O'Brien is a highly skilled music and nonprofit professional with extensive experience in donor engagement and fundraising. Currently serving as the Discovery & Engagement Gift Officer for The Cleveland Orchestra, Patrick previously held the role of Annual Fund Manager at the Virginia Symphony Orchestra, where significant achievements included acquiring 270 new donors and managing a $1.2 million Annual Fund. Additional experience encompasses institutional relations management, program coordination for AmeriCorps VISTA, and logistical roles within various music organizations. Patrick holds a Master of Music in Music Performance from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Music in Music Performance from James Madison University.
