Ron Willner

Ron Willner currently serves as Vice President of Venue Operations at The Cleveland Orchestra, a position held since June 2018, following roles as Director of Venues & Events and Director of Facilities. Concurrently, Willner is the Executive Director of The Sport & Entertainment Management Institute at Cleveland State University, which offers high school students insights into the sports and entertainment industry, and Willner also teaches various sport management courses within the College of Education and Human Services. With previous experience as General Manager at multiple venues including Cleveland Public Square and Kellogg Arena, as well as roles in academic institutions such as Baldwin Wallace University and Lake Erie College, Willner possesses extensive expertise in venue operations, event management, and sport management education. Willner holds Master's degrees in Higher Education and Education/Sport Management from Cleveland State University.
