Bill Glase

Bill Glase is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and operations, currently serving as VP of Production Operations at Clever Devices since July 2024. Previously, Bill worked at Control Solutions LLC from March 2014 to July 2024 as Vice President of Engineering & Operations, overseeing engineering, manufacturing, program management, and contracts/compliance. Bill's career also includes significant roles at Spectracom, where as General Manager, Bill led a global business unit to over 40% revenue growth, and earlier positions at Harris RF Communications, where Bill managed tactical communication product lines and developed strategic business plans. Bill holds an MBA in International Management and Strategy from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and a BSEE in Computer Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
