Dana Dimone

Dana Dimone started their work experience in 2002 at Verint Systems, Inc. where they held various roles such as Account Manager, Project Manager, and Manager of Contact Center. In these positions, they managed customer relations, coordinated training and support functions, and worked with various teams within the company. In 2015, they became a Principal Consultant at DD ASSOCIATES LLC, where they were regularly retained by companies to improve their operations performance and customer satisfaction. In 2016, they worked as an Associate Project Manager at arroHEALTH, where they supported internal and external customers, provided status documentation for projects, and acted as a liaison between management and customers. Currently, Dana is working as a Project Manager at Clever Devices.
