Systems Support Engineer at Clever Devices

Jason Roll has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jason started their career as a Sales Associate at Camelback VW in 1999. Following that, they worked as an Assistant Youth Minister at Saint Theresa Parish from 1995 to 2000.

In 2000, Jason joined Saint Theresa Parish and School as a Network Administrator and held that position until 2008. During this time, they were responsible for managing the network infrastructure of the organization.

From 2008 to 2010, Jason worked at Kyocera Solar, Inc. as an Information Systems Specialist. In this role, they contributed to the organization's information systems management.

In 2010, Jason joined Dish Network as an IT Support Engineer. Jason provided technical support for computer hardware and software systems within the Phoenix call center. Jason also played a key role in improving customer satisfaction and managing the IT ticket queue.

In 2013, Jason briefly worked as a Systems Administrator at Maricopa County before joining bva, Inc. as a Support Specialist in 2014. In this role, they built customer relationships, gathered information on customer workflows, and implemented new processes and products to enhance user experience.

Most recently, Jason joined Clever Devices in 2021 as a Systems Support Engineer. Jason'sresponsibilities include troubleshooting technical systems issues, coordinating issue resolutions, and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the Phoenix area. Jason also serves as the face of the account team for the company.

Jason Roll attended DeVry University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Network and Telecommunications Management. Jason studied at DeVry Phoenix Campus from 2004 to 2007, focusing on Network and Communications Management.
