Marcus Cox

Marcus Cox currently serves as a Customer Success Manager at Clever Devices since March 2024 and has held the role of Emergency Procedures Instructor at the Rural Transit Assistance Center (RTAC) since December 2012. Previously, Marcus was the Assistant Director of Operations at the Lee-Ogle Transportation System from December 2022 to March 2024 and a Customer Success Manager at Swiftly, Inc. from January 2022 to December 2022. Additionally, Marcus worked as a Transit Manager for the City of DeKalb, Illinois, from September 2018 to April 2022, and held multiple positions at Transdev North America, including General Manager, Director of Transit Operations, Operations Manager, Safety and Training Manager, Road Supervisor, and Bus Operator from October 2008 to September 2018. Earlier career experience includes involvement in marketing and promotions at Victory Records from January 2006 to January 2007 and participation in the Vans Warped Tour with Atticus Clothing from June 2008 to August 2009. Marcus holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Northern Illinois University and an Associate of Arts degree in General studies from Highland Community College.
