Cleverific helps Shopify brands turn order changes into profitable post‑purchase moments instead of costly support tickets. With self‑serve order editing, customers can fix addresses, swap items, add products, and apply missed discounts without contacting support, while your team handles complex edits in a single, powerful interface. Unlike point‑solution upsell tools or basic order editors, Cleverific connects editing, upsells, and workflow automation so you can protect margins and improve the experience across the entire post‑purchase journey.

Merchants use Cleverific to reduce “where is my order?” tickets, recover abandoned carts, and keep fulfillment accurate as orders change. Teams can edit shipping methods, taxes, product options, and custom line‑item properties, build draft and wholesale orders, and send payment requests in one step. Automation with Shopify Flow and key ecosystem integrations makes it easy to enforce business rules, trigger notifications, and keep your tech stack in sync.

Trusted by over 12,000 Shopify and Shopify Plus merchants, Cleverific has processed more than 10 million orders and analyzed over half a billion dollars in order volume over the past 10 years. If you want to own your post‑purchase experience, lift AOV, and give customers the control they expect, Cleverific is your all‑in‑one partner for order editing and post‑purchase revenue optimization.
