Frank Baker

Frank Baker currently serves as a Software QA Engineer at Cleveroad since November 2020, where responsibilities include tracking new requirements, creating test cases in TestRail, and performing various types of manual testing for web and mobile applications. Baker consistently investigates, prioritizes, and reports bugs using Jira, and conducts cross-platform, functional, UI, and regression testing. Additionally, collaboration with developers and product managers ensures identification of system requirements and maintains quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Frank Baker also works as a Software Tester at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. since April 2018. Baker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Belhaven University.
