Silver Jaanus

Silver Jaanus has a diverse professional background in customer support and operations, currently serving as the Head of Remote Support at Cleveron since 2022. Previously, Silver held the position of Head of B2C Customer Support at Eurora, where they built the customer support organization for a new B2C brand. Silver also worked at TransferWise, growing the Customer Support team significantly and leading various initiatives to enhance the department's effectiveness. Their earlier roles included positions in translation, restoration, and sales, contributing to a well-rounded skill set in communication and team leadership. They obtained a degree in English Language and Literature from Tartu Ülikool.
