Daniel Hoffman is a seasoned customer success professional with extensive experience in the gaming industry. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at CleverTap, Daniel previously held the position of Senior Manager for Customer Support & Success at Arise, where strategic frameworks were developed to enhance customer experience for gaming clients. As a founding team member of Officium Labs, which was later acquired and rebranded as Arise Gaming, Daniel played a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships through collaboration and strategic insights.
