Jai Parekh

Jai Parekh has a diverse work experience in various customer success and business development roles. Jai currently works as a Customer Success Manager at CleverTap. Prior to that, they worked at Gupshup as a Customer Success Manager from February 2021 to May 2022. Jai also has experience as a Customer Success Manager at Freight Tiger, India's largest software-enabled digital freight network, from March 2019 to February 2021. Jai has also worked as a Client Success Manager at dineout.co.in from July 2017 to December 2018. Jai's work experience also includes a role as a Business Development and Alliances Manager at Crown It (GoldVIP) from August 2015 to February 2017. Jai has experience in procurement coordination from their role as a Procurement Coordinator at Snapdeal in May 2015. Jai had a summer internship at ITC Ltd in 2014, where they gained experience in the chemist and cosmetic channel and strategic sales. Jai also has experience as a Business Development Executive at Sri Shantinath Sales Agency from November 2011 to December 2012 and as an intern in the Marketing Department at ITC Limited from July 2011 to September 2011.

Jai Parekh has a strong educational background in marketing. Jai obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing from IMT Nagpur, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from J D Birla Institute of Management between 2008 and 2011.

Before entering the field of management, Jai Parekh pursued their higher secondary education at Loreto House, where they obtained the ISC (Indian School Certificate) qualification in Commerce from 2006 to 2008. Jai began their education at Loreto Dharamtala, where they completed their Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) from 1995 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Jai Parekh has earned a certification in Marketplace from Marketplace Live in October 2014.
