Senior Customer Success Manager at CleverTap

McKenzie Davis has a diverse work experience, starting as an Account Executive at Yelp from June 2015 to October 2016. McKenzie then joined Meltwater and held multiple roles, including Client Acquisition from November 2016 to September 2017, where they successfully launched a new business unit and achieved over $80,000 in new business sales. McKenzie was later promoted to a Senior Customer Success Manager at Meltwater, managing a portfolio of Fortune 500 clients and universities/nonprofits from April 2018 to April 2019, where they focused on client on-boarding, training, consulting, and building strong relationships with C-Level Executives. McKenzie eventually joined CleverTap in May 2019 as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where they worked with mid-market to enterprise clients and directly engaged with C-Level Executives to drive adoption, retention, and strategic consultation. McKenzie was also involved in the transition of customer success managers to a new Denver office.

McKenzie Davis earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in International Business from the University of San Diego, graduating in 2015. In 2019, McKenzie obtained a certification in the Force Management Degree MEDDIC Sales Qualification Methodology, with a field of study focused on Command of the Message, from the institution called Force Management.
