Mrinal Deshmukh has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mrinal began their career as an intern at Reliance Communications in 2017. Mrinal then joined Accenture in 2018 as an Associate Software Engineer, where they were responsible for application development, troubleshooting, and client support. In 2021, they worked at ICE Studios as a Social Media Landscape Research & Strategy intern, followed by a role as a Customer Experience Design intern at ICICI Lombard. Mrinal also worked as a Research Associate at Folk Frequency for a short period. Most recently, they joined Polka Pop (Duhkaar Food & Beverages Pvt. Ltd.) as a Digital Marketing Intern. Presently, they are working at CleverTap as a Customer Success Manager, a role they took up in April 2022.

Mrinal Deshmukh completed their Primary Education (CBSE) at St. Xavier's High School, MIDC, Nagpur from 2002 to 2012. After that, from 2012 to 2014, they attended Arts Commerce and Science College, Koradi, where they studied Science. Mrinal then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Vivekanand Education Societys Institute of Technology Sindhi Society Chembur Mumbai 400 071, graduating in 2018. Currently, Mrinal is pursuing an MBA, specifically a PGDM-C, at MICA | The School of Ideas, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
