Utsav Nanda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and customer success across multiple organizations. Utsav's career began as an Intern at Kotak Securities, followed by roles as a Sales Trainee at TeamLease Services Limited and Assistant Manager - Sales at Kotak Mahindra Asset Management, managing key banking partners and launching successful campaigns. Utsav transitioned to positions at Netcore Cloud as Assistant Manager - Customer Success and Sprinklr as Consultant - Product Success, where responsibilities included managing enterprise accounts, enhancing digital marketing campaigns, and collaborating with various teams to optimize client experiences. Currently, Utsav serves as a Customer Success Manager at CleverTap. Utsav holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Delhi University and an MBA- PGPM from Great Lakes Institute of Management with a focus on Marketing, Finance, and Analytics.
