Trevor MacDonald

Trevor MacDonald has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality industry. Trevor began their career as a Head Bartender at Saffire Freycinet, where they prepared custom bar programs and cocktails for exclusive resort events. Trevor then worked as a Bar Supervisor at Nita Lake Lodge, where they provided a unique lounge experience for guests and offered mixology courses. Trevor's role expanded to Restaurant Manager at Long Beach Lodge Resort, where they oversaw scheduling, training, recruitment, and developed a new bar program. Trevor gained further management experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Delta Hotels by Marriott, where they managed multiple outlets and handled HR-related issues. Trevor then joined Banff Lodging Company as a Restaurant Manager, building a team from scratch and focusing on guest experiences and staff development. At Fairmont Banff Springs, they served as a Server and was involved in opening new restaurants and training service staff. Currently, Trevor is working at Clevertech as a Culture Coach & Onboarding Specialist, where they facilitate employee onboarding activities to promote a positive work culture and enhance job satisfaction.

Trevor MacDonald completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Carleton University from 2007 to 2011. Later, they pursued Business Administration and Management, General at Western University for three years, from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, Trevor obtained a certification as an Open Water Scuba Instructor from PADI in March 2018.
