Sarah Deadman

Sarah Deadman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business psychology and consultancy. Currently serving as a Director at Clarence Consulting Limited and an Associate at multiple organizations including Cappfinity, Clevry, Avenir Consulting, and EXPERT TRAINING SYSTEMS P.L.C. Since 2016, Sarah has held various senior roles at ETS plc, including Director, Head of Consultancy, and Senior Business Psychologist, focused on delivering tailored HR solutions to enhance organizational performance. Prior experience includes a role as a Consultant Business Psychologist at The Chemistry Group and a Business Psychologist at Criterion Partnership, contributing to leadership training and organizational change initiatives. Additionally, Sarah has played a key role in the Division of Occupational Psychology as the Awards and Recognition Strategy Group Convener and served as a Speaker Team Member for the Association of Business Psychologists conference.
