Julie Prost

Julie Prost is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as Pilot Plant Manager at Clextral since July 2019 and holding the position of Process Engineer at Clextral INC since June 2016. With a background in pilot plant operations and a focus on extrusion processes, Julie has been involved in various R&D projects, serving as a contact for international customers and managing process demonstrations. Prior experience includes roles at Clextral SAS and as a research trainee at the University of Guelph, where expertise in research methodology and analytical skills was developed. Julie holds a Master of Engineering in Food Industry from AgroSup Dijon and a two-year university degree in Biology, Biochemistry, and Chemistry from Université Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne.
