Jérôme Valat

Jérôme Valat has a long and varied work experience. Jérôme started their career in 1995 as a SAP Technical Consultant at Unilog. In 1996, they moved to Sun Microsystems as a Technical Project Manager. In 1998, they founded oXya, A Hitachi Group Company, and served as its General Manager and Founder. In 2021, they founded Cleyrop and currently serves as its Founder & CEO. oXya is an IT service company with a very innovative delivery model based on a strong culture of expertise and excellence of service recognition. It operates in 6 countries for more than 300 customers with a very high satisfaction rate leading to an amazing customers and employees loyalty.

Jérôme Valat attended CPGE Lycée Thiers from 1988 to 1991. Jérôme then attended Ecole centrale de Lyon from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained an Ingenieur degree. In 2018, they obtained a Dive Master certification from SSI Scuba Schools International. In 2019, they completed the Digital Transformation Leadership Program at IMD.
