Debbie Kramer began their career as a VP of Strategy Integration at Fortis Financial Group in 1981 and transitioned into various roles within Marketing and Human Resources. Debbie joined Assurant Health in 2003 as a VP of Marketing before moving on to become a Senior VP of Human Resources and then a Senior VP at Assurant. In 2011, Debbie joined CLG as a Senior Principal before becoming a Partner at ALULA in 2018. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University.
