John Johnston is a Principal Consultant at ALULA, providing expertise in change leadership and executive coaching since 2019. They previously served as a Senior Consultant at CLG and held roles in talent assessment and project leadership, including developing a resiliency training program at the Royal Military College of Canada. With extensive experience in personnel selection and performance management in both military and civilian contexts, John has also contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor teaching Industrial and Organizational Psychology. They earned a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Saint Mary's University.
