Dean Lapham

Dean Lapham, M.S. Ed., currently serves as the Sr. Director of Professional Development & Trade Programs at the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), where responsibilities include developing and executing training programs for a growing agent community. Dean has extensive experience in education and client support, previously holding the position of Senior Manager at Access TCA, where operational efficiency and client satisfaction were prioritized. As a self-employed photographer through Darbren, Dean specializes in portrait and event photography. Other notable roles include teaching high school at the Middletown Public School District, directing training initiatives at Nalari Health, and serving as an Educational Specialist for Career Choices Series & My10yearPlan.com. Dean holds a Master’s degree in Education from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
