Heath Jackson

Heath Jackson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Heath began their career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Trainee from July 2015 to June 2016. Heath then joined J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. as a Career Placement Specialist from September 2016 to June 2018. Following that, they joined ClickDimensions in August 2018 as a Technical Support Specialist and later held positions as Lead Technical Support Specialist, Senior Lead Technical Support Specialist, and currently works as a Support Operations Engineer. Heath'stenure at ClickDimensions started in August 2018 and is ongoing.

Heath Jackson obtained their Bachelor's Degree in General Studies with an emphasis in Religious Studies and Culture and Society, along with a minor in Sociology, from Georgia Southern University. Heath attended the institution from 2010 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Foundational Support and Explore/Analytics from Zendesk in December 2022 and June 2022 respectively.
