Jake Thomason

Jake Thomason has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Jake is currently working at ClickDimensions as a Solutions Engineer since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Technical Support Specialist at ClickDimensions from June 2018 to September 2022.

Outside of their current role, Jake has pursued their passion for singing, working as a Cathedral Singer at Christ Church Cathedral, Mobile since August 2022. Jake has also been a Freelance Singer, specializing in the tenor range, since May 2012.

In their previous professional experience, Jake has worked at Christ Church Episcopal as a Tenor Section Leader from August 2017 to July 2022. Additionally, they worked at Henry Schein Dentrix as a Senior Support Engineer from March 2014 to June 2018, where they excelled in problem-solving, achieving high call-handling goals, and resolving software, hardware, and connectivity issues.

Jake has also served as a Voice Instructor at Palmetto Fine Arts Academy from July 2014 to January 2015. Jake has performed in various opera productions, including Faust with Opera Carolina/Mosaic-Arts in October to November 2014 and La boheme with GLOW Lyric Theatre in July to August 2014. Earlier in their career, Jake worked as a Geek Squad Technician at Geek Squad from September 2012 to March 2014, consistently receiving outstanding ratings for their technical skills, customer service, and teamwork.

Jake has further demonstrated their musical talent by participating in Converse Opera Theatre's production of Dido and Aeneas in January to February 2014. With their diverse work experience and passion for singing, Jake Thomason brings a well-rounded skill set and dedication to their work.

Jake Thomason obtained a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance from Furman University in the years 2005 to 2009. Jake then pursued higher education at Indiana University Bloomington, where they earned a Master of Music degree in Vocal Performance from 2009 to 2012. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they attended Academia dell'Arte in the year 2007 to enhance their skills in Voice, although they did not obtain a degree from this institution.

In addition to their formal education, Jake Thomason has also obtained several certifications. These include Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft, earned in June 2022, Dynamics 365 Fundamentals from Microsoft, obtained in February 2021, and Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate from Microsoft, achieved in May 2022.
