Mark O'Quigley has extensive work experience in customer success and client services. Mark currently works as a Customer Success Manager at ClickDimensions since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Autodesk as a Client Services Specialist, French from October 2022 to April 2023.

Mark O'Quigley completed their education with a focus on business and management. Mark obtained a B.B.A degree from Maynooth University, graduating in 2011. In the same year, they also pursued a course in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) called "The Responsable Manager" at Rennes School of Business. Prior to that, Mark attended Scoil Mhuire, Clane, Secondary School, where they earned a Leaving Certificate in 2007. Later, they furthered their education by completing an Msc. in International Human Resource Management at Rennes School of Business from 2011 to 2013, specializing in the field of Human Resources.
