Michela Lagorio has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. From 2019 to the present, they have been working at ClickDimensions as a Senior Technical Support Specialist, where they resolve support tickets, provides mentorship to Tier I support agents, updates documentation, and proactively monitors services.
