Siobhan Lyons Daly

Siobhan Lyons Daly has a strong background in various roles within the technology industry. Currently, they are the Director of Product at ClickDimensions, where they are responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. Siobhan uses the design thinking framework to gather insights and prioritize product requirements, while also defining the product vision and harnessing Big Data to provide customers with insights visibility.

Prior to their current role, Siobhan held several positions at PGi. Siobhan served as the Vice President, Partner Sales and Customer Experience, where they were responsible for the retention and growth of a $97 million business unit. Siobhan also led the Partner Sales and Customer Success functions and managed a global team of 100 customer support associates.

Additionally, Siobhan served as the Senior Director, Global Product and Projects at PGi. In this role, they were responsible for the development of the product roadmap and timely delivery of roadmap items for the GlobalMeet Collaboration solution. Siobhan also participated in sales pitches to promote PGi products to new and existing customers.

Prior to their role in global product and projects, Siobhan served as the Senior Director, Global Support at PGi. Siobhan was responsible for global support delivery and led a team of 128 associates across multiple sites and regions.

Earlier in their career, Siobhan worked as a Program Director, overseeing the successful onboarding of new strategic partnership accounts and managing the integration and migration of a significant acquisition. Siobhan also served as a Manager, Implementation Programs, where they led the Customer Implementation Services team and reported project performance to senior leadership.

In their earliest role, Siobhan worked as a Senior Project Manager. Throughout their career, Siobhan has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and customer support skills, earning recognition for their individual performance.

Siobhan Lyons Daly's education history begins in 1997 when they enrolled at University College Cork and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. In 2001, they pursued a Higher Diploma in Management & Marketing at the same university. Moving forward, Siobhan completed a Certificate in Team Leadership from The Institute of Leadership & Management in 2005.

In 2010, they obtained an ITIL v3 Foundation Certification from PFH Technology Group. Siobhan continued to expand their knowledge and achieved the Project Manager Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute in 2014.

Siobhan's passion for learning led their to pursue further education. In 2020, they attended TU Dublin Computer Science to study the fundamentals of Data Analytics. The following year, they attended Innovation Academy, University College Dublin, where they obtained a Professional Diploma in Creativity, Innovation, and Leadership.

Recently, in 2022, Siobhan enrolled in the National College of Ireland to pursue a Certificate in Emerging Digital Technologies, focusing on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Alongside their formal education, Siobhan has acquired additional certifications. Siobhan obtained the Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) certification from Microsoft in December 2022. In July 2022, they attained the Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian.
