Claudia D. has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Claudia started their career as a Summer Camp Counselor at Adventure Valley in 2015. In 2016, Claudia worked as an Activity Leader at St. Giles International and later as a Sales and Customer Service Representative at Best Buy Canada on a seasonal contract.

In 2017, Claudia joined the Toronto Catholic District School Board as a Child and Youth Practitioner Intern. In this role, they provided counselling to clients, wrote reports, and maintained documentation. Claudia also promoted a socially inclusive environment and demonstrated strong communication skills with school staff members.

Claudia also has experience working for the City of Toronto, where they held the position of Location Coordinator and ARC: Afterschool Leader and March Break Counsellor. In these roles, they maintained attendance records, provided customer service, and created age-appropriate program materials. Claudia also prioritized the safety and well-being of clients and had a thorough understanding of legal responsibilities regarding child protection.

Additionally, Claudia has experience as a Customer Service Specialist on a temporary contract at Buchanan Technologies. Claudia has also completed a Salesforce Cloud Computing Bootcamp and achieved Trailhead Ranger status at Loyalist College. Most recently, Claudia has been working as a Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Business Analyst at Clicked since 2021.

In 2022, Claudia will be joining Deloitte as a Deloitte Salesforce Consultant. Overall, Claudia has demonstrated a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a commitment to providing excellent service in various professional settings.

Claudia D. holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Brock University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications and completed courses in different areas. These include Learning Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Essential Training from LinkedIn, as well as certifications from Trailhead by Salesforce such as Trailhead: Ranger Status, Business Administration Specialist Superbadge, Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist Superbadge, and Security Specialist Superbadge. Claudia has also obtained the Food Safety Manager Certification (FSMC) from Food Safety Market and the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. Furthermore, they have certifications in Standard First Aid, CPR and AED from the American Red Cross, Advanced Sexual Violence Education and Support from Brock University, HIGHFIVE- Principles of Healthy Child Development (PHCD) from Parks and Recreation Ontario, and The SafeTalk Suicide Prevention Course from LivingWorks.
