Deb Derringer

Deb Derringer has a diverse work experience in the fields of fundraising, prospect management, and Salesforce administration and analysis. Deb currently works as a member of the Clicked Salesforce Admin & Analyst Career Track Learning Community. Prior to that, they were part of the Talent Stacker Salesforce Career Development Program, where they gained their Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst certification. Deb also served as the Director of Development Research and Prospect Strategy at Macalester College, where they played a crucial role in optimizing prospective major donors and providing strategic insights for fundraising campaigns. Deb also held the position of Director of Gift Administration and Advancement Records, modernizing gift recording processes and ensuring data accuracy. In their earlier career, Deb held various prospect research and management positions at Hazelden Foundation, Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis, and the University of Minnesota. Deb began their career at Macalester College as an Assistant Director of the Annual Fund.

Deb Derringer has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English and Art History from Macalester College. Deb also pursued Graduate Studies in Landscape Architecture at the University of Minnesota. In terms of certifications, Deb obtained various Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Strategy Designer, Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified UX Designer, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA). Additionally, they hold a Certified Professional Project Manager certification from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
