Lynette Shunka has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lynette started their career as an Assistant to the Director of Special Education at the Houston Charter Schools Special Education Cooperative in 2007. In this role, they managed Federal Special Education Funding and provided technical support and training to staff members. Lynette then moved on to become a Special Programs Manager at Odyssey Academy in 2012, where they managed various programs and staff members. Their responsibilities included ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations and delivering personalized customer service. From 2017 to 2022, Lynette worked as a Teacher at Aldine ISD, where they received several awards and accolades. Lynette engaged differently abled students, advocated for their needs, and achieved academic growth. Lynette also communicated effectively with parents, students, and colleagues through various channels. In 2022, they participated in the Salesforce Career Development Program at Talent Stacker, becoming a Certified Salesforce Administrator. Currently, Lynette is working as a Salesforce Administrator & Business Analyst-Sprint at Clicked. Overall, Lynette has demonstrated their ability to adapt and excel in various roles while consistently delivering exceptional results.

Lynette Shunka completed their Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences degree at Lamar University in 2017. Lynette also obtained various certifications, including Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), Salesforce Certified Associate, User Authentication Specialist Superbadge, Service Cloud Specialist Superbadge, Jira Fundamentals Badge, Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist Superbadge, Manage Projects in Slack, Omnichannel Agent, and various Zendesk certifications.
