MJ Zimrin

MJ Zimrin has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. In 2008, they began as a Customer Service Representative at The UPS Store. In 2010, they became a Certified Geriatric Nursing Assistant at Genesis HealthCare. From 2012 to 2018, they worked as a Clinical Technician II and Medical Office Assistant at Johns Hopkins Hospital. In 2018, they moved to Kaiser Permanente as a Surgery Scheduling Representative II. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Clicked as a Salesforce Admin & Business Analyst Learning Community Member. During this role, they participated in a virtual work experience program, actively participating in the Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst career tracks. They also completed several skills challenges and are currently preparing for a three-week learning experience navigating a Salesforce consulting project.

MJ Zimrin is currently enrolled in Certification Training at Salesforce Military. MJ is also taking The Web Developer Bootcamp 2022 through Udemy. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they completed in 2019. MJ also earned an Associate's degree in General Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2018. Zimrin holds certifications from Salesforce, Udemy, FEMA, Anne Arundel Community College, American Heart Association | American Stroke Association, and the Maryland Board of Nursing.
