Max Schireson is an experienced Operating Partner at Battery Ventures since August 2015, focusing on advising and serving on the boards of portfolio companies while evaluating investment opportunities. In addition to this role, Max holds the position of Executive in Residence at ClickHouse, and has been an investor in several companies, including Databricks, LogRocket, Cypress.io, Quantum Machines, and Machinify, Inc. since 2016. Max's investment experience also includes involvement with InfluxData, Scuba Analytics, and StreamSets Inc., which was sold to Software AG. A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, Max completed studies from 1985 to 1990.
