Justin Boyle has extensive experience in operational leadership and business performance management across various organizations. Currently serving as SVP of Quality & Compliance and Chief Operating Officer at Clicklease since April 2020, Justin previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Snap Advances, where responsibilities included enhancing operational scalability and process refinement. As CEO of Kencraft, Inc., Justin directed acquisition processes and improved net earnings significantly. Prior roles include President at EMC2, where Justin focused on energy cost reduction for clients, and VP at GENPACT, overseeing substantial growth in analytics service fee revenue. Justin’s career began at GE Capital, where strategic leadership roles contributed to significant business processes and financial outcomes. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from the University of Cincinnati and a BS in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
