Marcie Dickson

Marcie Dickson has a diverse work experience in the field of dispute resolution and business development. Marcie is currently serving as the President of Tapestry ADR at NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation) since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Member at Chief starting from March 2022. Marcie also holds the position of an Official Member at Forbes Business Council since January 2021.

In 2021, Marcie founded and served as the CEO of Alterity ADR, a national dispute resolution company offering services such as mediation, arbitration, and appellate review. Marcie held this position until April 2023.

Before their entrepreneurial venture, Marcie served as the Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer at Miles Mediation & Arbitration from July 2020 to April 2021. Prior to this, they were the Chief Marketing Officer from February 2018 to July 2020 and the Director of Marketing from November 2015 to February 2018 at the same company.

Earlier in their career, Marcie worked as a Senior Business Development Manager at ALM Media, LLC from October 2013 to November 2015. Marcie started their professional journey as an Account Director at Emmis Communications from October 2011 to October 2012. Marcie also worked as a Project Manager at Carden Jennings Publishing from June 2006 to August 2008.

Marcie Dickson holds a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Virginia. Marcie also completed the Accelerated Management Program at Yale School of Management.
