Michael Clark is currently the Chief Revenue Officer at the National Arbitration and Mediation (NAM), where they lead strategic growth and innovation for one of the nation's premier dispute-resolution providers. Previously, they served as Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations at the American Arbitration Association from 2011 to 2025, and held various marketing roles at Broadridge from 2003 to 2011. Michael also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Dowling College from 2014 to 2016. They are pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Information Management Systems at Dowling College and hold a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Hofstra University. As a heart transplant survivor, they are also a dedicated advocate for Donate Life.
