Michael W. Moreo

Michael W. Moreo has worked in a variety of roles in the information technology and sales fields. Michael W. began their career in 1991 as a National Sales Manager at Mason Industries Inc. In 1994, they moved to Transaero as a Sales Associate - Commercial Airline Sales. In 1996, they became a System Administrator at Catholic Health Services. In 1998, they were a Network Engineer at Thomson Industries, Inc. In 2001, they became a Senior Server Engineer at Cablevision. From 2003 to 2012, they were the Chief Information Officer and Director of Information Technology at Roosevelt Island Operating Corp - NYS. During their tenure there, they transformed the Information Technology Department by improving computing systems, developing solid policies and procedures, establishing in-house service response times and building strong relationships with vendors. In 2012, they also became the Owner of MWM Technologies and the Assistant Director of Information Technology, Network Services and Telecommunications at NAM (National Arbitration & Mediation). In this role, they oversaw the Datacenter Operations and Voice and Data Communications of the Company and completed a multi site virtualization project with shared storage and site failover, as well as implemented a Tapeless Backup Environment with storage repositories in both their Garden City and NYC Data Centers.

Michael W. Moreo attended Lynbrook Senior High School from 1983 to 1987, and Hofstra University from 1988 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management.
