Amoreen Armetta

Amoreen Armetta is a Senior Content Strategist at ClickUp since September 2021, contributing to the creation of customer-facing help content and playing a crucial role in establishing the Help Center team. Prior to this, Amoreen served as the sole technical writer and content manager at Megasys, Inc., where responsibilities included building both customer-facing and internal Help Centers. Amoreen's freelance experience as a writer and editor spans a variety of prestigious arts and culture publications from 2013 to 2018. Amoreen holds an MFA from New York University, a BFA from the University of Illinois Chicago, and certifications as a Scrum Master and Professional Technical Communicator. Time management, project management, and organizational skills are consistently applied across all roles.
