Chen Siya

Chen Siya is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leading finance operations across multiple high-growth technology companies. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Finance Operations at ClickUp since July 2021, Chen is responsible for overseeing finance, accounting, revenue operations, and IT functions, while developing strategic plans to support company growth. Prior to ClickUp, Chen held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance Operations at People.ai, where financial reporting and strategic decision-making were key functions. Experience also includes serving as Vice President of Finance at People.ai, Director of Sales Operations & Strategy at AppDynamics, and various roles in finance at major firms such as Expedia Group, Zynga, and Amazon. Chen holds multiple advanced degrees in Finance, Statistics, and Sociology from respected institutions including the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Syracuse University, along with a Bachelor of Laws from Communication University of China.
