Dan Dover

Dan Dover is an experienced quality leader with a strong background in engineering and test infrastructure across various technology companies. Currently serving as the Director of Quality at ClickUp since July 2025, Dan oversees Quality, Test Infrastructure, and Release Engineering for an AI-powered work platform. Previously, as Head of Quality at Benchling, Dan successfully built the Quality department for the life sciences R&D platform. Experience also includes roles as Director of Systems Test Engineering at Cruise, where Dan led quality initiatives in autonomous vehicle development, and Director of Test Engineering at Fitbit, managing a large global engineering team focused on wearable health devices. Dan's earlier experience includes serving as Principal Quality Engineer at Lookout, where mobile test automation was developed. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
