Dan Dover

Dan Dover is an experienced quality and engineering leader with a robust background in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Quality at ClickUp since July 2025, Dan is responsible for overseeing Quality, Test Infrastructure, and Release Engineering for an AI-powered platform utilized by over 20 million users. Previously, Dan held the position of Head of Quality at Benchling, where a multidisciplinary quality department was established. As Director of Systems Test Engineering at Cruise, Dan led a 150-person organization during a critical phase in autonomous vehicle development. Dan also directed a global team at Fitbit, focusing on test engineering for wearable health devices, and contributed to test automation at Lookout. Dan's early career at Microsoft included several roles in software design and testing, fostering skills in team management and quality assurance. Dan earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
