Kathryn Recchia is the Training & Development Manager at ClickUp. Kathryn has over five years of experience in customer support and training. Kathryn provided communications to various groups to ensure software delivery meets expectations. Kathryn also managed reported system issues using help desk software, prioritize issues, and communicated with the user community on issue resolution in a timely manner. In October 2019, Kathryn left The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to join ClickUp as their Training & Development Manager.

Kathryn Recchia has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from University at Albany, SUNY. Kathryn has also completed a High School Diploma from Harrison High School. Kathryn has received certification from LinkedIn in Introduction to the PHR Certification Exam and from Lynda.com in Customer Service Foundations.
