Kevin Liu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer operations and strategic management within the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Operations at ClickUp since June 2022, Kevin has previously held key leadership roles at Seismic and Eze Software, where responsibilities included optimizing processes, implementing technology solutions, and driving growth through data analytics. Notably, at Eze Software, Kevin directed a global client service group and launched a new operations leadership role, which focused on enhancing process standardization and cross-department collaboration. Kevin began their career at Tigris Consulting, specializing in data analytics and operational efficiencies for clients, including Fortune 500 companies. An alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania, Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry.
