Kimberly Brim is currently the Director of People Business Partner at ClickUp, a position held since October 2022. Previously, Kimberly served in various human resources roles at Momentive-AI, starting as an HR Assistant and progressing to HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included providing strategic support to senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and culture development. With a Bachelor's Degree in Strategic and Corporate Communication from Chapman University, Kimberly has cultivated a strong foundation in employee relations, performance management, and fostering positive workplace environments. Additionally, early experience as a Sales Associate at Nordstrom and a Counselor In Training at Girls Leadership Institute contributed to Kimberly's diverse skill set.
