Chief Strategy Officer at ClickUp

Marshall Tyler is the Chief Strategy Officer at ClickUp. Prior to that, they were the VP and Global Head of Industry Solutions and GTM at ServiceNow from June 2017 to November 2021. In this role, they were responsible for driving Net-New-Annual Contract Value (NNACV) growth and increasing customer retention. Marshall was also a member of the Global Leadership Team (top ~1%).

Before joining ServiceNow, Marshall was the COO, Latin America at Salesforce from October 2011 to January 2017. In this role, they were responsible for leading Salesforce's expansion into Latin America.

Prior to their work at Salesforce, Marshall was a Case Team Leader at Bain & Company from August 2008 to November 2011. Marshall was also a Summer Associate at Bain & Company from June 2007 to August 2007.

Marshall Tyler has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA with Honors in Economics from Davidson College.
