Michael Sims is a data scientist who currently works at ClickUp. Michael has also worked at BVA and Katana Media (which was acquired by BVAccel). At CSULB, they built machine learning models that help optimize platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to more efficiently spend digital media dollars. Michael also provided business intelligence by means of statistical modeling and testing, to help Direct to Consumer brands better understand their customers' purchase behaviors and make predictions/recommendations about best practices.
Michael Sims first attended Chaparral High School, where they earned their high school diploma in general studies. Michael then attended San Francisco State University, where they earned their bachelor's degree in mathematics. Finally, they attended California State University, Long Beach, where they earned their master's degree in applied statistics.
