Mike Dean

Mike Dean is the SVP of Accounting at ClickUp, currently overseeing the accounting, tax, and internal controls functions. Previously, Mike served as the Corporate Controller of Amplitude, where they managed the accounting during the company's IPO transition. Prior to Amplitude, Mike worked at PwC as a Director, providing expertise to multinational public companies in Seattle and the San Francisco Bay areas, along with supporting IPOs and M&A transactions in the National Office's SEC Services group. Mike holds a Master’s degree in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, both from the University of Washington, where they graduated summa cum laude.
